As a seasoned real estate investor, I've experienced mortgage horror stories firsthand: Losing my earnest money. Slow service that derailed a deal. The final straw was a primary mortgage that was pre-approved only to later be rejected.
My husband and I looked at each other and asked "how could the mortgage process be this terrible?"
